Customer service letter just in!

Dear Dr. Tsai,

This note is to thank you and your staff for the care you have recently provided for me. I have always felt very confident in the examinations and recommendations you have made, and you have always answered my questions fully and clearly. Your staff has also treated me with a friendly and professional manner. Earlier this month they helped me select a pair of glasses that I’m very pleased with. I’m grateful for all that you and your staff have done for me, and I hope to work with all of you for a long time to come.
